Reproductive Health for women

We have forgotten how to embrace these three phases of our Goddess selves. Maiden, Mother and Crone. I have put this group together, to help you cope with what can be difficult cycles for women with their health.
When we learn how to understand these changes, the knowledge can help us go with the flow instead of fighting natural and necessary changes. Herbal remedies can aid 'Lunathyme' (Menstruation) and 'Maidenthyme', 'Motherthyme' (Pregnancy and childbirth), 'Queenthyme and Cronethyme' ( the empowerment of menopause).

Comment by Witch Daughter of Aradia on March 24, 2009 at 10:35pm: I've read somewhere that for children who are hyper or have lots of extra energy from inside, make a spray bottle of water and lavender essential oil, and holding it away from their face, spray a mist of it on them. The scent of the lavender helps calm the child and feels good in hot weather -- kind of like a face-mister -- not in a pepperspray kind of way, though! lol.
