Hello Belinda,Hope that you are well. Don't know what the weather has been like in your part of the world but in the UK we had a heatwave. My husband who works in a stuffy office in London collapsed with heat stroke and was taken to hospital...but all is well now. I am looking forward to watching a live broadcast by Drunval on the 29th of July, I hope he will part with a few secrets from the Mayan elders.
I have joined another 4 sites and learning lots although sometimes it does not always makes sense to me.

Hello Belinda,I have bought Drunvalo's newest book, "serpent of Light" and it is mindboggling to read...it is Indiana Jones meets Stargate. Hard to believe it all! I have only recently "awakened" to my spiritual self and my little comfortable world is being shattered. According to Drunvalo things are really going to speed up in the next couple of years so let's wait and see but most of all let's get prepared. I try and do meditation most days but not sure whether I am really doing meditation. Find it hard to keep my mind from wandering... It is an exciting time to be alive although a little unsettling.
I have bought some clear quartz crystals and posted them to Arizona...I know it is a bit daft doing this but I just want to be part of the ceremony if even in the tiniest way.

Let me know how you found his other books...He talks about merkaba meditation so I might check that out on the web.
